Well it is a TM SR16 with some internal modifications but on this setup I concentrated on the outside.
It has a Hurricane Metal Body on it and some internals, rear flip up sight, vertical foregrip.
Also I removed the entire front set and machined my own outter barrel. It takes off about 3-4 inches and plenty of weight. I didn't use a scope for this setup, I tried to keep it light and small as possible. It is my CQB varient of the gun.
However for the sniper setup I do have a nice scope for that. But I don't classify that as custom, just hevily accesorised ;D .
The setup pictured there did not cost much, since I made the barrel myself. All together maybe 600-700.
With a 9.6 volt battery the ROF is insane. Cant really explain it. I have movies of it firing and I could share them over AIM if anyone is interested. My screenname is XpDi04.

Actually the term could be ROF, but the correct term is RPM (Rounds per Minute)
